Can disassemble as much as needed, still assembled in our boys' room.
Will only need to disassemble the ends to get out of the house or in a house, so a minivan or truck would not need full disassemble if available.
We did apply wood glue to the ladder to make it sturdier, only modification.
It is in great shape, maybe a few minor scrapes.
