HIGH END FUTON SOFA W/Upgraded Inner Spring Mattress - $275 (Oakland)

High end futon sofa with upgraded, expensive, inner spring mattress (like a regular mattress) and 2 drawers.
Very comfortable.
Only selling because we purchased another smaller sofa.
It's too big for the area we have it.
Unfortunately we are not there and do not have the measurements.
Must pick up Sunday 11/26.
This is at our vacation home and the only day we will be there.
