Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations, including customer service, staff supervision, and inventory management.
- Provide guidance and training to salon staff on color theory, nail care, hair styling, cosmetology, and other beauty techniques.
- Manage and promote salon services such as eyelash extensions and retail sales.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase client retention.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the beauty industry with expertise in color theory, nail care, hair styling, cosmetology, and eyelash extensions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate salon staff.
- Knowledge of store management practices including inventory control and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Previous experience in retail sales within a salon setting is preferred.
