* Monitoring & Assessment: Continually observe patients, recording any significant conditions and reactions to treatments, drugs, or other medical interventions.
* Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications to patients, ensuring proper dosages and observing for potential side effects.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive care for patients.
This includes regular communication with RNs, physicians, and other medical professionals.
* Patient Education: Inform patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
Address any concerns or questions they may have.
* Documentation: Maintain thorough, accurate, and current patient records, ensuring that all relevant medical information is accessible and organized for the care team.
