We are one of the largest agricultural and power sports dealerships in the state with multiple locations, lots of product on hand, and a well-established customer base from over 20 years in business! *ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* * Builds customer relationships * Identifies needs of customers and recommends appropriate products * Maintains traffic log; follows up as needed * Follows up with customers after purchase * Participates in dealer/trade show events and sales functions (often after hours and weekends) Achieves sales goals to drive profitability * Describes and demonstrates features and benefits of products * Conducts demonstration rides with customers * Performs product delivery and educates customers on product features * Negotiates sales in order to achieve the maximum gross profit for the dealership * Proactively prospects new customers daily * Communicates ideas for retail to the sales manager * Coordinates with service set ups to maintain adequate showroom/display stock * Learns and maintains a thorough knowledge of the products you sell * Keeps showroom clean and organized *Skills & Knowledge* * Goal oriented * Positive attitude; high level of enthusiasm and energy * Product knowledge * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Agricultural/ Powersport experience and interest preferred Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
