CRM Specialist

Description: Join the area’s largest independent full-line authorized provider of the industry’s top-three manufacturers for copier, printer, and multi-function product (MFP) technology as a CRM Specialist in Connellsville.
As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management system to enhance client satisfaction, increase sales, and streamline business processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use of CRM tools and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities CRM System Management Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Customize and configure CRM features to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Train team members on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support.
Data Analysis and Reporting Generate reports and analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide insights to management based on CRM analytics to support decision-making.
Customer Segmentation and Targeting Segment customer data for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communications.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Integration and Collaboration Collaborate with other departments to integrate CRM with business systems.
Work with sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
Process Improvement Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.
Ensure that CRM processes align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
Requirements: Qualifications Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.
g.
, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of customer relationship management best practices.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
CRM certification preferred.
Experience with CRM customization and configuration.
