Job Duties: - Responsible for motivating team, holding coworkers accountable, and making personnel decisions.
- Must demonstrate and promote excellent customer service daily.
- Ability to communicate and explain service recommendations/options to customers.
- Understanding of vehicles and service industry.
- Maintain company policies, procedures, and ensure the security and safety of the facility/ employees.
- Stay current on trends in the auto repair industry.
- Maintain professional appearance.
- Other related duties as assigned.

- Must have excellent people and communication skills.
- Must have ability to schedule and execute multiple tasks.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of automotive experience.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.
