Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in managing the company's financial records and transactions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of basic accounting principles and proficiency in Tally software.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and other financial reports.

Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
3.
Recording day-to-day financial transactions accurately in Tally software.
4.
Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in financial data.
5.
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
6.
Supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks as required.
7.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of financial data.
8.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
9.
Following company policies and procedures regarding financial management.
Requirements: 1.
