Job Overview
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for both sales and delivery operations.
They may be required to run open routes and will be responsible for opening the branch daily (5 am).
The Sales Supervisor has responsibility for all in-market execution, efficiencies, functional collaborations, and customer service.
This role is accountable for safety, quality, volume, and revenue generation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Teach, train, and coach route salesmen on processes and procedures necessary to maximize sales and profitability within assigned accounts while maintaining and, or exceeding satisfactory customer service
Consistently plan and document route rides with route salesmen to ensure “RED” or Right Execution Daily, looking for continuous improvement opportunities
Manage and track the timely execution of ALL sales programs and initiatives in the assigned territory to ensure maximum sales and profitability for the Company and the Customer
Partner with customers to identify needs and look for opportunities to support their business and to increase sales, space, and productivity in an account while maintaining and, or exceeding satisfactory customer service
by communicating company goals and deadlines
Engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training
Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embody company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership
Look for continuous improvement opportunities and partner with management to establish behaviors that ensure a safe and cohesive working environment
Ensure teammates receive proper safe working techniques in the trade and that they have the proper equipment

Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Class A CDL Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors or Associate's Degree
Class A CDL
