Job Summary As an Automotive Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maximizing vehicle sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and relationship building.
Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering an outstanding buying experience to our valued customers.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the dealership's inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, establishing a positive rapport to build trust and long-term relationships.
Conduct thorough needs analysis by actively listening to customers' requirements, preferences, and budget constraints to recommend suitable vehicles.
Provide accurate and detailed product information, including vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and available extras.
Conduct test drives, explaining vehicle features and benefits, and addressing any questions or concerns raised by customers.
Assist customers with the completion of sales paperwork, ensuring all required documents are accurately prepared and processed.
Collaborate with the finance department to secure appropriate financing options for customers and explain the terms and conditions clearly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current automotive industry trends, products, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and stay ahead of market changes.
Continuously follow up with prospective customers to build relationships and convert leads into sales.
Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Uphold dealership standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive-related fields is an asset.
Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to guide customers through the sales process.
In-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.
Familiarity with financing options, warranties, and additional vehicle services.
Physical Requirements: May be required to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
